Triphoridae – Triphorinae: Aclophoropsis maculosa (Hedley, 1903) (‘blotched sinistral-creeper’)
Synonym(s): maculosa Hedley, 1903 robusta Laseron, 1954.
Typical shell-length 8.0 mm. Lives subtidally amongst sponges on which it feeds. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia (NSW, TAS and VIC). In Tasmanian waters, this species is seldom recorded, most often from the N coast.
