Anabathridae: Amphithalamus (Amphithalamus) pyramis (Laseron, 1950) (‘pyramid rice-shell’)

Synonym(s): pyramis Laseron, 1950.
Typical shell-length 2.0 mm. Lives subtidally. Native. Endemic to eastern Australia (QLD, NSW and TAS). In Tasmanian waters, this this species is currently known only from single localities in the southeast and northwest.
