Facelinidae – Favorininae: Austraeolis ornata (Angas, 1864) (‘ornate sea-slug’)

Synonym(s): ornata Angas, 1864 australis Bergh, 1884 westralis Burn, 1966.

Typical body-length 25 mm. Lives intertidally to offshore amongst rocks and seaweed. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (QLD, NSW, TAS, VIC, SA and WA).
