Costellariidae: Austromitra acromialis (Hedley, 1915) (‘colourless ribbed-mitre’)

Synonym(s): acromialis Hedley, 1915.

Typical shell-length 16 mm. Lives in offshore waters. Native. Endemic to eastern Australia (QLD, NSW, TAS and VIC). In Tasmanian waters, this species is currently known only from a couple of records off the southeast and east coasts.
