Ischnochitonidae – Callochitoninae: Callochiton mayi Torr, 1912 (‘May’s beautiful chiton’)

Typical shell-length 24 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore under rocks and stones. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia (TAS, VIC and SA).
