Choriplacidae: Choriplax grayi (H. Adams & Angas, 1864) (‘Gray’s chiton’)

Synonym(s): grayi A. Adams & Angas, 1864.

Typical shell-length 20 mm. Lives subtidally amongst seaweed, especially in association with plates of the red alga Sonderopelta coriacea. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (NSW, TAS, VIC, SA and WA).
