Chromodorididae: Chromodoris alternata (Burn, 1957) (‘alternate sea-slug’)
Synonym(s): alternata Burn, 1957.
Typical body-length 20 mm. Lives intertidally to offshore on sponges, specifically Dictyodendrilla cf. caespitosa, on which it feeds. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (TAS, VIC, SA and WA).
