Synonym(s): notoaustralis Cotton, 1930 jacksonensis Laseron, 1953 rotunda Laseron, 1953.

Typical shell-length 1.2 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore. Native. Endemic to southern and eastern Australia (QLD, NSW, TAS, VIC and SA).
