Synonym(s): delta Tate & May, 1900 novacambrica Laseron, 1953.

Typical shell-length 1.6 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore in sand and mud. Native. Occurs in southeastern and southwestern Australia (QLD, NSW, TAS, VIC, SA and WA); also New Zealand.
