Synonym(s): alternans Pritchard & Gatliff, 1899 multiplicata Tate & May, 1900.

Typical shell-length 2.0 mm. Lives in offshore waters under rocks and stones. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia (TAS, VIC and SA).
