Synonym(s): botanica Hedley, 1918.

Typical shell-length 20 mm. Lives intertidally and subtidally amongst rocks and seaweed. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (QLD, NSW, TAS, VIC, SA and WA).
