Synonym(s): brazieri Angas, 1877.

Typical shell-length 4.0 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore in sand and mud. Native. Occurs in southeastern and southwestern Australia (TAS, VIC, SA and WA); also New Zealand and perhaps Japan.
