Flabellinidae: Flabellina poenicia (Burn, 1957) (‘punishing sea-slug’)

Synonym(s): poenicia Burn, 1957.

Typical body-length 12 mm. Lives subtidally amongst hydroids, on which it feeds. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia (TAS, VIC and SA).
