Gadilimorpha – unplaced: Gadila spreta (Tate & May, 1900) (‘common tusk-shell’)
Synonym(s): spreta Tate & May, 1900.
Typical shell-length 6.0 mm. Lives subtidally in sand, especially in sheltered environments. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (QLD, NSW, TAS, VIC, SA and WA). In Tasmanian waters, this species is found mostly along the N and E coast, where locally abundant.
