Chromodorididae: Goniobranchus tasmaniensis (Bergh, 1905) (‘Tasmanian sea-slug’)

Synonym(s): tasmaniensis Bergh, 1905.

Typical body-length 50 mm. Lives intertidally and subtidally on sponges, particularly Darwinella rosea, on which it feeds. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia (NSW, TAS, VIC and SA).
