Mangeliidae: Guraleus (Guraleus) alucinans (G. B. Sowerby III, 1896) (‘dreaming turrid’)

Typical shell-length 10 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore amongst rocks and seaweed. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia (TAS, VIC and SA). In Tasmanian waters, this is a widespread species; common in the N, but less so to the S.
