Chilodontidae: Herpetopoma scabriusculum (A. Adams & Angas, 1867) (‘rough top-shell’)

Synonym(s): scabriusculum Angas, 1867 tasmanicus Tenison-Woods, 1876.

Typical shell-length 5.5 mm. Lives intertidally to offshore amongst rocks and seaweed. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia (NSW, TAS, VIC and SA).
