Synonym(s): collusor Iredale & Hull, 1925.

Typical shell-length not yet determined. Lives in offshore waters. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia (NSW and TAS). In Tasmanian waters, this species is currently known only from a single record offshore from the north coast.
