Philobryidae: Lissarca rubricata (Tate, 1887) (‘reddish micromussel’)
Synonym(s): rubricata Tate, 1886.
Typical shell-length 2.8 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore in sand. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (TAS, VIC, SA and WA). In Tasmanian waters, this is an uncommon species, most likely to be found in the E and SE.
