Marginellidae – Marginellinae: Mesoginella strangei (Angas, 1877) (‘Strange’s margin-shell’)

Synonym(s): strangei Angas, 1877 frequens Laseron, 1948 pipere Laseron, 1948 sinuata Laseron, 1948.

Typical shell-length 3.5 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore in sand. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (NSW, TAS, VIC, SA and WA).
