Seguenzioidea unplaced: Microcarina surgerea Laseron, 1954 (‘surgerea false-top-shell’)

Synonym(s): surgerea Laseron, 1954.

Typical shell-length 1.0 mm. Lives subtidally. Native. Endemic to eastern Australia (QLD, NSW and TAS). In Tasmanian waters, this species is currently known only from a handful of localities in the northeast, east and southeast.
