Trigoniidae: Neotrigonia gemma Iredale, 1924 (‘gem brooch-shell’)
Synonym(s): gemma Iredale, 1924.
Typical shell-length 15 mm. Lives in offshore waters. Native. Endemic to eastern Australia (QLD, NSW, TAS and VIC). In Tasmanian waters, this species is currently known only from a couple of records from off the southeast coast.
