Nuculidae: Nucula pusilla Angas, 1877 (‘tiny nutlet-shell’)

Synonym(s): pusilla Angas, 1877 minuta Tenison-Woods, 1877 micans Angas, 1878 hedleyi Pritchard & Gatliff, 1904 concentrica Cotton, 1930.

Typical shell-length 4.5 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore in sand. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (NSW, TAS, VIC, SA and WA).
