Synonym(s): hemileuron Verco, 1911 tignum Colman, 1958.
Typical shell-length 30 mm. Lives in offshore waters in sand and mud. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (NSW, TAS, VIC, SA and WA).
