Propeamussiidae: Parvamussium cristatellum (Dautzenberg & Bavay, 1912) (‘crested saucer-scallop’)

Synonym(s): cristatellum Dautzenberg & Bavay, 1912 cristatum Bavay, 1905.
Typical shell-length 10 mm. Lives in offshore waters in sand. Native. Occurs in eastern and western Australia (QLD, NSW, TAS and WA); also elsewhere in the Indo-West Pacific.
