Synonym(s): thetidis Hedley, 1902 salacon Iredale, 1929.
Typical shell-length 10 mm. Lives in offshore waters in sand. Native. Occurs in eastern Australia (QLD, NSW and TAS); also elsewhere in the Indo-West Pacific.
