Synonym(s): hilli Hedley, 1894. irregularis Mousson, 1869 minor Mousson, 1869.
Typical body-length 200 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore in sand. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia (NSW, TAS, VIC and SA).
