Rissoinidae: Rissoina (Rissoina) royana (Iredale, 1924) (‘Roys’ rice-shell’)

Synonym(s): royana Iredale, 1924.
Typical shell-length 16 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia (NSW, TAS and VIC). In Tasmanian waters, this species is currently known only from a single record from the Kent Group.
