Marginellidae – Marginellinae: Serrata mustelina (Angas, 1871) (‘weasel margin-shell’)

Synonym(s): mustelina Angas, 1871 pellucida Tenison-Woods, 1877 stanislas Tenison-Woods, 1877.

Typical shell-length 5.8 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore in sand. Native. Occurs in southeastern Australia (NSW, TAS, VIC and SA); also New Zealand.
