Siphonariidae: Siphonaria denticulata Quoy & Gaimard, 1833 (‘denticulate siphon-shell’)

Typical shell-length 25 mm. Lives intertidally attached to rocks, especially in exposed environments. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia. In Tasmanian waters, this species has only definitively been recorded once, on the E coast.
