Synonym(s): woodsi Beddome, 1883 howitti Pritchard & Gatliff, 1899 agasma Cotton, 1947 molleri Laseron, 1954.

Typical shell-length 20 mm. Lives subtidally and offshore. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (QLD, NSW, TAS, VIC, SA and WA).
