Tateidae: Tatea huonensis (Tenison-Woods, 1876) (‘Huon hydrobia’)

Synonym(s): huonensis Tenison-Woods, 1876 paradisiaca Pilsbry, 1897 ballina Iredale, 1943.
Typical shell-length 4.0 mm. Lives intertidally and subtidally on mud. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (QLD, NSW, TAS, VIC, SA and WA).
