Tylodinidae: Tylodina corticalis (Tate, 1889) (‘bark umbrella-shell’)

Synonym(s): corticalis Tate, 1889.
Typical shell-length 25 mm. Lives intertidally to offshore amongst sponges, specifically a yellow species of Pseudoceratina, on which it feeds. Native. Endemic to southeastern and southwestern Australia (QLD, NSW, TAS, VIC, SA and WA).
