Chromodorididae: Verconia closeorum (Rudman, 1986) (‘Close’s sea-slug’)

Synonym(s): closeorum Rudman, 1986 closei Rudman, 1986.
Typical body-length 20 mm. Lives intertidally and subtidally on sponges, specifically those in the family Darwinellidae, on which it feeds. Native. Endemic to southeastern Australia (TAS, VIC and SA).
